Hi we are having an issue where some flows in the front end misbehave at different instances. Ex: In some cases, shipping information adding screen is not displayed before the payment detail addition screen and shipping detail adding form displays with the payment method choosing screen together.
Yes I ve made them to simple products and now im getting the two steps correctly. But some times the shipping estimation options isnt showing. Is it another configuration issue?
Front end builder works but it does not appear in certain pages at different times. For example when logged in and the builder is activated, it does not appear in the home page but appear in other pages.
There is another issue. Sometimes the front end does not show the user is signed in even the user is actually signed in. The dropdown of the account shows "Sign In" option. I just actually wanted to indicate that the user is signed in.
Now we are planing to change the support process, so please create a new ticket with your issue and your site info ( admin url, admin account, ftp access detail or sftp and the path to magento root on your server ), we will work on that ticket and resolve the problem as soon as possible

Can you give us some screenshots or how to reproduce what you are mentioning?
This is where sometimes we only get review & payments but not shipping info adding step. This happens occasionally.
Sometimes shipping estimation step says no quotes available.

Please check and make sure your products are not Virtual Product, when your product is virtual product, there is no shipping method

No but you also can review Shipping Method in admin STORES -> Configuration -> Shipping Method [ Sales ]

Is thee any other way to change the color in category page texts other than the front end editor?

You can customize it by CSS but it require you to have CSS knowledge
