Hello, I have replaced the file swatch-render.js with attached and the problem solves partially, when you select color and size and then unsellect color and unsellect finally size we can't select any thumbnail.
Now we are planing to change the support process to support for our customer better, so please create a new ticket with your issue and your site info ( admin url, admin account, ftp access detail or sftp and the path to magento root on your server ), we will work on that ticket and resolve the problem as soon as possible

If you select Medium size you can view the imagen related to this size, but if you want to return to view the main images (Not related to M size) you can't, the same bug occurs on your demo web site: http://themes.magesolution.com/supro/en/beebay-full-length-denim.html
Here please select S or M size and then return to see another image related to general product (Not M or S size) you can't.
Please help me fixing it.

I cannot find the path of magento root (public_html/pruebas/)
I tried to edit file but no effect on frontend.
Please upload file attached to replace file app/code/MGS/ExtraGallery/view/frontend/web/js/swatch-renderer.js
and run command deploy again.

To execute magento commands needs to be like this:
php -dmemory_limit=4G bin/magento cache:flush
