The image of products in category is only 240x240 in mgsmobile. In high res mobile devices, like Ipad, Ipad Pro, Xiaomi tab 10", Samsung tablets etc the products images are awful, the category page seems broken.
And there's no configuration in mgsmobile. I need instruction how to change it to at least 500x500

So, every single tablet, the image is very tiny and keeps in the left. I need instruction how to change it to at least 500x500

You didn't found the problem because you are not simulating as I show in the video.
The problem only occurs in mobile devices with large screens. Like tablets.
Your first screenshot is a not even in mgsmobile theme, it's was running the supro because no mobile device was detected. The second image you are with a resolution of a smartphone.
With a tablet or just simulate a width of 768px or more that you'll see the problem. I attached a image showing the problem again, hope you understand.
What i need: Ask your dev where can we change the resolution of the product images of the category/search pages of mgsmobile theme.
Now it's working on staging website. What you modified? I need to pass to production website , in admin config in "Product Image Dimention" nothing is changed.

The issue is still happening. I erased browser and magento cache.
Check if you modified for MGSMOBILE theme.

No, you are not understanding, the problem is in the category page, I said it before and it shows in the video that i sent.
