    We have found an issue in the theme. Can you please resolve this issue? Already created an private ticket but no response from your side.

    Here is the steps to reproduce the issue.

    Steps: 1. Login in the website. 

    URL: http://18.220.42.6/zeroshels 
    Credentials: [email protected]/qwerty#123

    2. In my account - click on compare products. 

    3. Observe the product image and observe the UI of print page by click on print this page.

    Actual:  Product image position is not fixed also on print the page UI is get distorted.

    Expected: UI should be appropriate throughout the flow. Please check the attached screenshot for your reference.

    For the issue: 

    1. My Account Orders Page

    • Go through with the website of zeroshel by using any device. 
    • Perform checkout functionality by taking any product. 
    • In my account check the orders page.

    Actual: 

    • Status is not scroll able from the right direction.

    2. Homepage

    Steps:

    • Go through with the website of zeroshel by using any device.
    • Observe the Home page content section.

    Actual:

    • From the left side or the starting point of the content no space is found.

    Please check the attached screenshot for your reference, and let us know when its done.


    Could you please open a new ticket for it? So that it wont mess our answer up.

    About "Product image position is not fixed also on print the page UI is get distorted.", it's magento default function. So that it's out of our scope

    Hello Jerermy,

    We have found some theme related issues Please check those and fix this.,

    1. Mobile - Footer - "About us" alignment should be fixed. (Capture1.JPG)
    2. Reviews are un-scrollable form right side. (Capture.JPG)
    3. Address Book - Default shipping address alignmnet is not appropriate. (Capture_1.JPG)

    Another question i would like to know that, is this theme mobile responsive?

    Please sympathize, we have a system that we only fix the problem of this ticket as I'd explained in the previous comments
