Just quick update - on HomePage product slider its works - just not on category page
I found issue - it's class related bug
2nd img on Category page has class="img-fluid img-hover-show" but when we change it to the same as on homepage to class="product-image-photo img-hover-show" then it works.
So basically class 'product-image-photo' is needed. Can you add it?
let set the product image with same way you did on that product, the hover change image will works

I can't enable On Hover Change Image. It's enabled on Customizer and admin panel but still doesn't work.
I've tried to set image sin different way..still no luck

Ok I think I've solved the issue by adding
/app/design/frontend/Mgs/supro/Magento_Catalog/templates/product/list.phtml
at line 125
<img src="<?php echo $productImageHoverFirst ?>" alt="<?php echo $imgAlt ?>" class="product-image-photo img-fluid img-hover-show lazy" data-src="<?php echo $productImageHover ?>"/>
