So that anyone can register on the website as a Customer
But still the Signup feature is not working.
When I tried to signup as a new user there is no registration mail received neither there is any user registration as I have confirmed the same from Users Settings in Wordpress.
But when any user buy a product and at the time of checkout they enter email, then user get email for registration and their Email is also regitered on Wordpress as a customer.
Currently our demo has changed the font and style of the page sub. If you want to update the theme you can remove the old version and update the latest version. http://hn.arrowpress.net/lusion/

You can go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Accounts & Privacy -> Check in option Allow customers to create an account on the "My account" page -> Save

These settings were already ON, still user not able to register.
Please check the second screenshot. When user arrives on homepage and tries to register from there, that part is not working.

I have uploaded the first file you gave,
deleted ajax-account.js, ajax-account.min.js and functions.php from file manager and uploaded the new files given
still problem is there, not able to register
