BUG: Upon Selecting a Product's Swatch, the Image Carousel's Thumbnail Images Appear in Reverse Order & Thus Scroll in the Wrong Direction Too

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Observing a product with a display type of Horizontal Thumbnail for example.

    Select a colour from the colour swatch.

    Now click one of the arrows to scroll the images.

    Expected Behaviour:

    Thumbnail images should appear in the correct order from left to right.

    When the right scroll arrow is clicked, the images should scroll to the left.

    Current Behaviour:

    Thumbnail images appear in reverse order.

    When the right scroll arrow is clicked, the images scroll to the right.

    This is incorrect & confusing to the user.


    Please could you confirm that this is a bug & fix it?

    Please see attched video to illustrate the problem. (Also ignore the fact that the main image for the pink variant of the product is missing, this is a separate issue being dealt with in another ticket).

    Note the correct order of the thumbnail images at the start before any swatch is selected: 1 -> 2 -> 3

    Then when the pink swatch is selected the thumbnail order changes to 3 -> 2 -> 1

    When you deselct the pink swatch again to return to the default product images, they too are now in reverse order: 3 -> 2 -> 1

    With the images in the incorrect order, when you scroll the main images by clicking each arrow the images scroll into view from the wrong direction too, which is also completely wrong.

    Does this illustrate the point ok?

    If you select Files from the left menu

    Then you will be able to browse to httpdocs/app/code/MGS/ExtraGallery/view and do any file operations you like.

    Please can you explain what was done to fix this & provide me with the file/files that were updated and instructions on where they should go, so I can drop them in myself manually and test this?

    Rename it to "app" after downloading

    Apply it then
