I purchased the lusion theme, installed all the required plug-ins and also activated them already. Then I follow the documentation instruction to import the Base Content under Appearance.
After I try to Import I got the Error: error (500) as shown in the attached picture. So I was failed to import the base content, could not start to make my site with any demos.

I also try to follow the method using plugins All-in-One WP Migration (documentation 2.3.3). When I try to Download Demo backup file. Unfortunately the URL was also broken.

Now that I couldn't import those demos to see how everything works with the lusion theme. Could you please let me know how can I fix that?

Sorry for the late reply.
You can update the theme to the latest version and remove the arrowpreess importer plugin and reinstall it. Then you can import it again.
