When added products to categories they appear in few unrelated categories which are not set from the backend. I have reindexed for several times but didnt work. Could you provide a solution for this?

Could you please be more specific on your problem?
Could you please give us your site info ( admin url, admin account and ftp access detail )? So we can specify whether or not your issue is a theme bug. We will update you as soon as possible
For example. Imagine we are having categories named A and B and we assign a product called X to category A but not for B. In our case, even though the product X is only added to category A, it is also shown in category B. This is the issue.
And since this site is in production we are unable to give you credentials. Is there any way you can point out the solution without accessing it? Thank you.
The notification for "no stock available" for a certain products does not appear in the product page when the add to cart button is clicked. Instead it is shown when the page is reloaded. Can u provide a solution for this?
