    I am not being able to import the demo file. While installing the internal plugins instead of ArrowPress Importer there are 2 copies of ArrowPress Core. and the files are also same which is creating a fatal error.

    Hello,

    Dispite the import of the demo, I am not being able to use this theme properly i have tried clearing the demo data and replacing it with my data it is not functioning properly. and every time i am trying to re-install the theme there is an internal plugin clash(Arrowpress Core and Arrowpress Importer). While installing the plugins it has two different names and as soon as i click on install it shows fatal error as there are 2 plugins with the same functionality. In short i am not being able to use this theme properly.

    Since I am not being able to use this theme, can i get a refund for this theme?

    Hello,

    I have imported demo content  and import home 1 is default. You can go to Appearance -> Import demo content-> Import homepage you want.

    Did you see the problem i am facing while installing the theme?

    if yes, then at any point in the future if my site crashes or any problem occurs and i would want to re-create the entire thing from scratch i would always have to seek your support and i wont be able to do it since i have only opted for 6 months support. so this will create a problem for me. If this is the case I will not be able to rely on this theme even though the look of the theme is good. 

    Kindly suggest what should i do?

    Hello,

    When I imported it did not have any problems. You just need to install all necessary plugins then can import demo content.

    Go to Appearance -> Import demo content -> The first,  Import base content. Then, import home page you want.

    When I am doing it myself then I am having a lot of trouble in installing arrowpress core and arrowpress importer.

    I did as you had asked. Still the demo is not properly loading. I have attached an image to show for just an example.

    Also can you get an access to the 1st string of this ticket that i had raised. I had attached 2 images. Which shows exactly the error that i am facing every time i am trying to upload this theme. And I am also not being able to work on this theme properly.

    Hence, I would like to get a refund for this theme.

    Hello,

    Sorry for some errors caused in the theme. We will fix that and update in the latest version.
    You can add css styles to solve that problem.
