We have been using the Porto theme for a number of years, but are ready to try something new. We purchased the Supro theme for our Magento 2 store, but cannot get it to work at all. I carefully followed all the installation instructions in the download, enabled all the modules it requested, applied the patch for my version of Magento, and then when I try to run the compile command I get this error:

    magento@bluesmobile:/var/www/miridiaDev/shop$ php bin/magento setup:di:compile
    Compilation was started.

Further, I get this error when I visit the home page of the store:

    Class MGSBrandHelperData does not exist

    Server details:

    Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS

    PHP 7.3.23-4

I suspect your theme is *not* compatible with PHP 7.3 - is that true?

    Dear Kimball Larsen,

Thank you for choosing our theme

Could you please give us your site info ( admin url, admin account and ftp/ssh access detail )? So we can specify whether or not your issue is a theme bug. If it is, we may fix it for you. We will update you as soon as possible

No, we can work compatibly with php7.3

    Have a good day

    Hi Jeremy,

We do not allow FTP, our remote access to the server is via SSH using public key authentication. If you will please provide your ssh public key, I'll be glad to set up ssh as well as provide admin URL and an admin account for you to look at the back end.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jeremy,

We've decided that Supro is just not going to meet our needs for our store. Since we never got it installed on our production store (never even licensed it) and never got it working on our development store, we'd like to request a refund. How do I go about getting my money back?

    Thanks!
