    Hello,

    had the Theme Amely for Magento initially via Envato Elements, but bought it now on Themeforest for having support..

    I have the same error as the user here with my Frontend Builder: https://arrowhitech.ticksy.com//ticket/2250272/

    Could you please give us your site info ( admin url, admin account and ftp/ssh access detail )? So we can specify whether or not your issue is a theme bug. If it is, we may fix it for you. We will update you as soon as possible.

    Just tried SSH credentials again - they are working as written below. Magento is in /html/magento2/ subdirectory

    When I active builder, I can't see "Amely Footer 1 Newsletter" block to edit and also can't see the error you report. Could you explain your issue more detail by add a video? It's helpful for us to understand your problem clearly.

    Yes, because the Footer is not working as it should.

    Every footer i choose looks the same. And when i want to edit a footer-block then i get the error messages i have in screenshot of first post.

    1. When i want to edit a footer-block then i get the error messages i have in screenshot of first post I've fixed for you, please clear all cache and check your site again. File edited: app/code/MGS/Mpanel/view/frontend/templates/panel/create/element/static/content.phtml

    2. Also in Magento Backend, when i click into the field "Footer" to choose the footer there is no entry I've fixed for you, please check. File edit: app/code/MGS/Mpanel/Model/Config/Source/Header.php app/code/MGS/Mpanel/Model/Config/Source/Footer.php

    Hello,

    thank you for looking.

    Now the Errors are not here - but it does not work 100%. Have a look, i choose Footer Layout 1 in Backend, then with front-end builder i choose also Footer Layout 1. Clear all caches. But i only have two Colums, not like shown in Image of Footer-Layout 1:

    This also occurs in other Footer Layouts. Layout 1 was just an example.

    Hello,

    i can not view that video without login credentials.
    I can not change footer normally - as sent in video last week. Cleared all caches multiple times. Please try to activate Footer 1 - you will not see all the columns defined.

    Regarding Startpage: Thank you, seems to work.

    I get what you do in this video - for Footer 5 it seems correct. 

    But please see Footer 1: I only have  3 regions to edit. In image you display in frontend-editor there are more columns. see image.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, now image in frontend-editor is not right. As our demo, footer 1 just has 2 columns, please check our demo: http://themes.magesolution.com/amely/m2/

    Therefore now your footer work well as it's designed (footer 1 was designed 2 columns) Could you check version footers in our demo instead of front-end editor?

    ok, so now i understand why it does not look the same...

    I modified footer now successfully.

    But on front-page i have a problem with builder - i imported now frontpage again, cleared caches, but i have this error you see on https://heu.andreas-huber.at.

    All subpages work.

    But: I did nothing in code. I just edited the page with frontend-builder and ran into this issue again (i had it before).

    So the question now for me is: The home page now is like standard import - i did a lot of changes which are gone. How can i prevent that error in future and how can i (if it can not be prevented) resolve it myself?

    It's very strange, if you continue have same error, you can use this file, which I fixed for you before. 

    Path: app/code/MGS/Promobanners/view/frontend/templates/banner.phtml

    ( the attached file is below)

    I want to explain for you a litter, our CMS page is built by Frontend builder, therefore you can't edit content of a page in backend. If you did that, maybe it will cause error.

    i replaced the banner.phtml with the new one you sent to me. Cleared all caches with "Clear Magento Cache"-Button but the home page is still not here:

    Maybe this error is caused because you edit page content in admin, please import home again.

    this is very annoying. I imported home again. I have another issue now:
