we have multiple store view, with different languages.
We have 2 issue on megamenu:
- we'd like to use different menu based on store view, but we can't find how publish the right menu on different sotr view. Actually only the megamenu ID 1 is published on all store view.
- We translate category's name on different store view, and also "Label in Megamenu" on "MGS Megamenu" section but on frontend still published the original name of sub-categoryes.
Unfortunately we currently only use a single menu id '1' in the header. However, if you have many store views with different languages, you can create menu items with labels that match the language and only display them in the store view.

Second issue is solved, you have to save megamenu afther made changes on category
