    Did I test your site and did you import demo content? And it seems your site memory is full, you need to upgrade RAM

    Hello APR,

    I have purchased new server specifically for this theme so there is no problem of Memory at all.

    Before raising the ticket I had also tested this theme in multiple servers (cloudways, SSD & Other Servers)
    but the Arrow Core & Arrow Importer plugin is making the issues which resulted in faliure of theme installation.

    I have fulfilled all the system requirements as per documentation-

    • WordPress 4.0 or higher.
    • PHP 5.5 or higher.
    • MySQL 5 or higher

    • max_execution_time 180
    • memory_limit 128M
    • post_max_size 32M
    • upload_max_filesize 32M

    Still I am unable to use this theme. Kindly let me know the solution.

    Hello,

    I saw that:

    1/ At frontend, we still get error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home3/vorxin/public_html/kitchenbrandstore/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1999

    I tried to active the default WordPress theme and this error is still there.

    2/ Admin

    We see the demo data was imported. 

    3/ Please help us increase 

    • memory_limit 128M => to 1024MB

    Hi APR,

    Thank you so much for importing demo pages. I can see all demo homepages very well.

    However still I am facing some broken theme issues.
    I have attached screenshots of it, please have a look.

    1) Shop Header Mega Menu Broken
    2) Shop Page Blank
    3) Related Products Style Broken
    4) Related Products Style Broken - 2

    After auditing this theme I found many such issues, please do the rightful or suggest me how I can solve this.

    1, 2, 3, 4: Done. I have update latest theme and arrowpress-core plugin.

    5: I will examine that issue. You can remove demo categories that you are not using.

    Each key you can only use for 1 website. You need the key for your new domain and you can only change it once.

    The plugin does not support PHP version 7.3 you are using. You can lower version php to 7.2 to solve that problem.

    Hi APR,

    Even after successful theme activation, I cannot edit any pages with elementor.
    I can see only few demo homepages in the Dashboard but cannot preview or view it.
    Getting lots of error messages while customization.
    Elementor editor is also not loading even after deactivation of pro and other plugins.

    Hi ARP,

    I have found that ArrowPress Core Plugin is making the errors, after deactivating this plugin I can view my homepage and other pages.  But missing lots of features due to ArrowPress Core.

    Hope you can look over this.

    As far I am using the other theme, I am not facing such issues.
    Moreover my RAM is upgraded to 2048M. How much more is required?

    I think this Theme is buggy & not stable.

    I am facing lots of problems with this theme. I cannot see the new homepage in incognito mode. Its showing me the old homepage as given in the attachment.

    I am not satisfied with this theme at all. Huge time & efforts have been taken due to this theme error.
    I want a refund against this theme.

    I would definitely prefer it if you can resolve my problem.
    But I am surprised to see that my CPU usage are too high as compared to any other theme, still its not working.

    Please solve this issue ASAP along with website speed as my CPU usage are too high for any theme.
    We can wait more up to this week after-which we have decided to pull back and raise ticket for refund.

    Hi APR,

    I have attached two screenshots of CPU usage compared between our current website which is live with 700-900 visitors/day, on the other side Lusion WordPress application without any traffic, consuming 5times more CPU & 3times more RAM.
    The Homepage speed is very slow as compared to our live website.
    I have also attached a screenshot, where we can find most of the slow queries & errors are due to arrow core plugins.

    Hence we decided to pull back and claim for refund as we have already lost our time & resources.
    Please let me know the procedure to claim for refund.

    Hi APR,

    I appreciate your support till now. Theme seems to improve from 40 seconds to 12secs.
    But the website is consuming 100% CPU & 2GB Memory Limit still it is slow as no traffic is coming yet.

    Above link is our current website which is handling 1000 visitors per day.
    It is consuming just 50% CPU usage and 500MB of RAM.
    Design is however not a good one as it is a Astra Theme.
    But our expectations are something similar to our new theme website as it is consuming too much resources.
    Still it cannot handle 10-15 visitors at a time. We have performed load test and the website crashed.

    I have attached some screenshots to clear out the differences.
    I admire your support that's why we decided to wait for the next support so we can avoid raising refund tickets.

    I checked and found that your website is not consuming 100% CPU & 2GB Memory Limit yet. It's better more than before.

    However, we are improving our item speed, this improvement maybe takes a few days. After that, we will update them in our latest package.
