I have checked your site and found that you have changed our default theme name. In the function we are checking the condition active theme default to display the post type. So if you rename the theme it won't work. If you want it to work you need to revert to the parent and child theme to the default theme.
For lusion theme we don't use Elementor Pro. We only use the free version. You try deactive Elementor Pro then you can edit the header with Elementor.
As for the Pro version, you need to click the Enable Safe Mode button to be able to create or edit the header.

The error appears if i try to set with elementor the footer or header, i have installed a plugin to avoid that problem.
