You can go to Templates -> Save Templates -> You need to create a template similar to the Product Drink template and use the APR Product shortcode and choose the categories you want to display
Then you Edit Home Page with Elementor and choose Templates with corresponding categories you just created.
Logo: You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> General -> Logo -> You can change height for logo

However, all my products are grouped under one template - I created a new template but i couldnt figure out how to connect the new template page to one of my pre-published categories page. I dont know where to find the APR Product shortcode that you are referring to.
If you can, let me know how I can link my categories to my new template page - and if the method to do that is by adding the APR Product shortcode, then Please let me know where I can find that in the existing template pages. Thank you again! I appreciate you taking the time to help.

My last inquiry is about the cart button on the mobile site of the template. Is there a way where I can have the cart button shown on the top right of the header on Mobile? It shows in the header on the desktop site perfectly.
On mobile, every visitor will have to open the menu in order to find the cart button. And it is a widely adapted shopping habit of consumers to add a bunch of products and read through them on the carts page.

Cart mobile: The default theme does not have a show option on the menu. If you want that option I need custom code then you need to pay fee.
