Could you please give us your site info ( admin url, admin account and ftp/ssh access detail ) ? So we can specify whether or not your issue is a theme bug. If it is, we may fix it for you. We will update you as soon as possible.
I came across the same error on our site. My screen would freeze with the loading image after trying to login with the front page builder account. I was able to 'hide' the loader with 'display:none' but I am not able to edit anything without the loader popping-up again.
As I read here, it may have been caused by checking the wishlist with that account, and that is exactly what I did last time. So, the error with the wish list not being able to be checked with the frontend builder account still exists. Please try to fix that bug in the Frontend Builder account for the Claue theme.
I will create a new account for the frontend builder, I hope I will be able to proceed with changes on the site with that account.

I had a problem with the builder page. The loader would not leave the page when I tried to login with my page-builder account, so I wasn't able to do anything on the page. Not even logout/refresh etc.
So I checked the tickets to see if anyone encountered the same problem and I saw in this ticket that someone else had the same problem. It was caused by checking the 'wishlist' with the builder account. On the next time trying to login with the builder account the page would freeze.
The way they solved it is by deleting the page-builder account completely and make a new builder account. That did solve the problem for me too.
I will just make sure to not check the wishlist with the builder account anymore. So, I won't encounter this problem any time soon. But I just wanted to inform you that this 'bug' is still in the system so you might tackle it in a next update.
