I've checked and didn't see this error.
Women has 3 columns:
Beauty has 5 columns: You set 6 columns for this menu but category beauty just has 5 subcategory. Therefore it just can show 5 columns
Other menu will be similar.
Please check your site again and explain more if I misunderstood your meaning.
