I purchased this them from Cherry themes and didn't work so I purchased it on Evanto and it still don't work. Demo done import and revolution slider don't work. I paid for a lic version of Revolution Slider and it still don't work. Them has server issues. Can I can some help fixing them.
Made a new page with noting on it and added a row then added Revolution Slider to it and Slider still won't appear. Then I added a text block and put [rev_slider alias="home-43"][/rev_slider] into the block and slider won't work.

Apparently some other issue with theme. can't save widget for footer. Footer won't appear. When I add widget the widget never saves and widget content disappears after saving.
I tried this and it don't work. This theme is giving me more of a problem, I usually have a site setup by now. Everything from importing demo to getting widget and other features working, Why, is this them working with WP 5.6 or not. It seems like issues need special codes, The footer is not working,
I read that Contact Form 7 has issues with new WP 5.6.1 so I reinstall but did not activate that plugin. Your have all the credentials to, load demo and hopefully installing the main and child themes will help.
Re-installed the theme with all recommendations and still having issues. Changing logo will not change in custom. header area. demo images never downloaded into theme along with many other issues. This is a nice "Simple" theme but full of bugs! I sent credentials for FTP, Control panel and even WP login. Lets get this working because I cant get past the bugs in order to build this site and are faced with asking for a refund and moving on to a better more reliable theme.
Sorry! Currently the latest redux plugin version is not compatible with the theme.
Therefore, I recommend an older backup version. You should not update redux to the latest version.To edit your config, just edit it in the Helpmate option. With customize it does not work. https://prnt.sc/ysbf1z
Now after installing the dam redux plugging I cant even get the header to appear or the Theme options!!!! I don't understand this plugin is one you recommended and came with the theme. I spent hours and triple doing my work today! I really need this resolved! Your option for helpmate with the gear don't even show up anymore! You have all the credentials to login. I suggest fix the issue and post the issue so others don's waste their time buying this theme, or remove the plugin. in any event I have a really lot of time into this theme and i'm counting your to fix it.
The moment I remove Redux I loose the option for work on Header along with other areas. You can't have a builder that don't work and breaks your site when its a needed builder.

Just checked the php setting and all is good but demo file upload still says Your file exceeds the maximum upload size for this site: 128 MB

Are now telling me to replace Redux with Magneto builder? I tried to reach out to Redux but they were no help!
