we dont have demo date for one specific home, you can go MGS -> Theme setting to import the homepage as you want. Or you can use full demo version then customize it in a special storeview, for example, In our Claue theme Home Minimalist presents for storeview EN.

But, If you still want to refund, you can go and create a request on themeforest, our manager may have a consideration and resolve your problem because we dont have authority to decide such thing.
