But Prices are shown excl. tax in catalog and during checkout. Is there any conflict between the theme and Plugins?
other plugin that I use, are the same that you recommended, like "Loco translate", "Autooptimize" and more. I attached screenshots of the plugins. and from my adjustment.
There are also attachment of product prices that are entered excl. taxes and from the same product in catalogue. that are shown excl. tax.
Actually, it can be the best support from a support team. I write for you in a whole week and give you an account to check the backend but you did nothing to help.
You have no access to the backend anymore.
1- Have you tried anything on the website? the login and register working fine now, and it was not because of the two custom fields.
2- As I explained before I followed the instruction for optimizing and used "WP fastest cache", " Autoptimize" and "EWWW Image Optimizer" for optimizing the images. But the page speed is slow yet.
So if you can help say something new. If you cant help so why I paid for support?
3- You could see in the screenshot that you send that the new badge is set up to be shown in 90 days but it is not showing up. I add some products yesterday but the new badge is not on them.

1: With Login Popup form we have custom code. It is not the default of WooCommerce. Therefore, then you add filed theme to your site may not work. You can try to remove Filed you have added and checked with the default login from the theme.
2: New badge: I need to check in your backend to see if the product is eligible to be a new product? So I need your Admin Account to be able to check that problem. The previous account you provide I cannot login.
I will explain all the problems I already have with the site And hope you try and check and find a solution. These are UX problems and are important for the theme.
1- The new badge is disappeared. it sets to be shown 90 dags but it not shown on the products that are added 23-03-2021.
2- Login/register popup: when you go to register the fields for password have no descriptive placeholder and is just like **************************, so the user may be doesn't understand what they must do with it. How can I add some placeholder to it?
3- When the user is login, there is nothing like "Hi Alex" or "Hi Shirin" on the top bar. so the if user left the page and comes back cant see at she is still log in. if the user goes to the home page and click on my account icon, the popup will be shown but user cant log in and will be confusing. How can it be fixed?
4- Problem in the checkout page for a guest user that will type billing/shipping address: There are two fields for street and house number. but in Denmark, It is fine at both of them come in one field. Or the second field for house no. must be marked as required, so the user can be aware of it. Can you fix it or say how I can do it.
5- If users register with an email from yahoo ([email protected]) they don't get a confirmation email for registering. I don't know about the other platforms like Hotmail or others. I just tried Gmail that was ok and tried yahoo that doesn't come email about registration.
6- and last but not least is speed optimization. I did all the instructions but the page is very slow yet. Is there anymore to do for optimizing the speed?

When I creat a nea produkt, there are 3 items in the bottom of the produkt page. I treid to delete them and found out that they are "related Post" that apears. but I cant find how I can delete them.
it is a problem that I have just with the new products. the products that I imported from the previous website are ok and have no related post.
P.S.: this related post have nothing with the related products or recommended products . but they are also products name.

1: We have not found the cause. We try to check that problem.
2: With Popup Form login we do not have the label show option. If you want to change ***** you can translate with Loco Translate plugin.
3, 4: Currently we do not have option as you said. If you want to have that option we need custom code. You will then lose the custom fee.
5: You can contact with your hosting. It involves Config Mail Server.
6: The Optimize Site We are planning with Optimize Theme. We will have an updates and newspapers for you.
