You can install and active child theme(arangi-child). Then copy and change code like screenshort file header-02.php from themes\arangi\headers to themes\arangi-child\headers.
I need to enlarge the logo for the main page. How do I do that?

You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> General -> Logo -> Change height for logo
