We've just fixed the problem saving the image with different rotation in Photoshop. We really don't know why the backend didn't accept the first image, please check it.
Our dev looked at your issue, but actually we don't see any problem with All store view and english store view, what exactly is your problem? Can you show me?

Please let us know what's happening between All Store View and English Store to fix and replace images or fix the bug if present.
