Could you please give us your site info ( admin url, admin account and ftp/ssh access detail )? So we can specify whether or not your issue is a theme bug. If it is, we may fix it for you. We will update you as soon as possible
I also tested again - and made a video to show you. In my tests send the form and get an error. Then on the same page the form is far below, with visible captcha logo then. And at second try it seems to work. See here:
We are not sure, if you created a new contact page with new template. Because, the default contact url was contact, instead of kontakt. Beside, when we submitted the form, it redirected to contact/index/index. was the default path of magento function. In the original contact page, the recaptcha show despite first load or not.

the client just reported, that the contact form is not working.
When i try it i get a notice which has to do with the standard Recaptcha from Magento i think:
"Wrong recaptcha validation"
First i had Recaptcha V3, now i tried Recaptcha V2 with new credentials and i get this error.
Is the code for Recaptcha in this template correctly loaded?
