I've tried to import the demo I need (Home 5) but all the images etc. are missing. The other demos work fine (I tried adding them to see). But I purchased it specifically for Home 5. Is there any way we can fix this please?
Also, the online website just comes up as a black, blank screen...am I doing something wrong? This has never happened to me before..
When IMPORT you have defective Import errors. You can delete the database then reinstall additions and the plugins needed then I can import Demo Content again for you.

If I delete the database and reset it all, I know how to import it myself… let me try again then and see if it works!
Is there no other way to fix it? Do I have to delete the entire website? :(
