Hi, which plugins should I deactivate? The ones i am uploading now are the recommended plugins from https://arrowhitech.ticksy.com/article/16493/ to try and optimize the site to get better speeds and clearing the media library.
I will also downgrade to PHP 7.2.
Please assist cause I can't have multiple users on the site at the same time it just keeps crushing.
You try to deactivate the plugins that don't include mandatory in the theme you have installed to check. Maybe I think the cause may be because your server does not have enough memory.

Also plaese kindly help with the shop page i am not sure what setting i changed and its not showing the sidebar as i had it before. it should look like the one i attached like on your demo.
Hi, I have a problem with this theme
1. takes very long to load and it throws a WordPress critical error each time I navigate through the links as we have to refresh for it to display.
2. it does not display the shop as on the demo site the product image is too big,
3. the menu covers the product on the single product page.
4. On the checkout page I can not tick the check box to accept the Ts & Cs so I cant check out. I am using payfast as my payment gateway
This gives a bad user experience especially now that we want to launch the site to the public.

1: Can you say better than the problem you are having? I do not understand?
2, 4: Can you take screenshort that problem and you can provide an account admin so I can check that problem for you?
3: You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Turn off header fixed and go to Edit Homepage -> In Header tab -> Choose header fixed for page.

I think it's possible because PHP Version 7.4 has not supported a few plugins. I also check and find that you have installed a few plugins.
You try to deactive the plugins you have installed and lower the PHP version to 7.2 and then check again.

I am in communication with them as well to increase the memory, I am looking into every possible thing, but please keep checking from your end.

1: I can't find the cause before you have fixed in those pages.
2: Shop: You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Shop -> Shop Archive -> Choose sidebar and Save
