Thank you for getting back to me. The compare at price was set as you've shown. As you can see there are specific classes applied to control font sizes for compare at price and the sale price. Unfortunately, I am missing something in either of those pages. I have searched google and knowledge base of Arrowhitech but unable to find a solution.

Sorry for the late reply.
If you want to show the Sale price, the compare at price must be higher than the price.
So you need to exchange the value of those.
