I updated my woocommerce plugin weeks ago and I have been getting this notification from Woo Commerce:
"Your theme (Lusion) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again."

You need download and update latest version theme 1.4.7 and arrowpress core plugin. We have updated the latest version of WooCommerce.
Please how do I go about this?
Do I just download the theme again from ThemeForest and reinstall it?
I need a detailed instruction (If possible a Youtube video on your channel on how to update your theme will be very helpful).
