This is actually a problem between app. This happens due to a declaration of variable "i" from Instant apps and Upsell io (red alert in console log). You can try remove the code from "theme.liquid" file it will solve the conflict.
However in your case, unfortunately our theme file dont declare this so we can't help you with this because this is from another third party apps. You need to solve this problem yourself and I suggest that you need to contact other apps and tell them about your situation instead.
Paid to Install an app but the developer said it couldn't be done because of this error.
