They said we have to upgrade our hosting to server. But it is so expensive. In old, I can use theme like yours. But this website i have to solve this problem. And if we can not solve this problem, we want to return the theme. Because we cannot use it.
After that you can click hosting management(in turkish hostingyönetimi), web hosting accounts(web hosting hesapları), after that at under manage part as orange button( in turkish "yönet"), at least also orange button cPanel'e bağlan)connect to cpanel). I'm sure you know that but maybe in turkish page can be hard because of that i wrote the steps.
