About the Spify:
The app support team said that they have received your mail on 17/8 and have reply one day after that. They also recognize your mail on 23/8 and see that you don't receive the mail or the mail has gone into the spam folder. After that they try to contact but no avail. They sent me their origin message below.

Sorry for the late reply. Unsure if you receive our last message or not but our server is crashed a month ago, our dev is working on it. They are deploying a server and moving the database to another one. But to be honest, I don't think the app will be online any time soon.
I would suggest you switch to another app in the meantime. If you have to embed any code inside your theme, I can gladly help you to remove it or you could go to your theme -> edit code find and delete files that start with aht- .
I can fully understand your frustration and we totally deserve it. I just want to apologize for this inconvenience

About the Banner Section, we think because your navigation is too many items so it doesn't show all of it.
We suggest you should reduce your navigation (max is 6).
