There is an error in theme configuration section as you can see in screenshot. It happens with child and main theme. Theme needed plugins are updated. I need support to fix the issue.
There is no update of theme in themeforest. The only one available is 1.8.8, the same of mine. I've child theme of main one activated, is because you see version 1.0. I'm starting to think that your answer is not entirely accurate, to say the least.
I have a click the reset section. You can config again setting. After completing your installation. You can click Import / Export then Export Customize to backup. If this is the following error, simply click Reset Section then Import Customize.

You can download and update the latest version theme and plugin.
Then you can click reset all and Save again.
