    How can I edit the bar on the phone version website？ Also, can I shut the pop-up down when I scroll down?

    1: Edit header mobile: You can go to Edit Header with Elementor -> You can click shortcode APR Header  Group -> You can turn on/off option display in mobile

    2: Turn off sticky add to cart: You can go to Appearance -> Customize -> Shop -> Shop Single -> You can find the option sticky add to cart -> Turn off
