Hello, we are using Magento 2.3.3 & Claue theme. I have few questions:
1. Does the Page Builder work with this version of Magento? If so, how do I see it? Attaching a screenshot of - Edit Home page - after importing demo data. I can't find the Page Builder.
2. Secondly, on copying the code from Home page to a duplicate page, publish it and then on viewing the page an error is being shown. Why? The idea is I want to duplicate the Home page to a new page and then edit it.
Is it possible to disable the Frond end builder, and edit code directly in CMS page like Home, About, and any other custom pages? If so, then where can I find the list of available theme shortcodes that we can use in the CMS page code directly?
Hello, The theme doesn't work as we expected. We got it for Fron End Builder as an optional tool to build pages on top of the Backend CMS page editing. Since it is not functioning properly, we would like to request a refund and cancel the liscense for the theme.
We wanted to use Page Builder but it turns out that it has some bugs and properties like background color & image for sections are not getting saved on updating.
So we tried using the HTML editor from backend and modifying theme imported pages, but that doesn't work either as it generates an error when making any changes to the code directly and saving it.
So we are going to use another theme without the Page Builder. Kindly refund us the amount for this theme's purchase. Thank you.

There is not an actual shortcode hint for you to edit content directly
Please find what you need in admin -> content -> blocks
