Despite multiple tickets and reminders the theme did not work at all due to issues related to it's code. The theme obviously has not been updated and does not even work with the previous versions. This theme is not at all what has been described in it's description.
I demand full refund for the theme as it was never used since it cannot be edited. The widgets and extensions do not work at all. It has caused our business a setback on time as well as mental harassment after multiple hours the development team had to put it.
This theme is beyond rectification and should be removed from the market immediately so the other buyers do not end up wasting their time.
Kindly issue an immediate refund or we are considering to escalate the issue to appropriate authorities.

But, If you still want to refund, you can go and create a request on themeforest, our manager may have a consideration and resolve your problem because we dont have authority to decide such thing.
