Thank you for coming back to me indeed I bought your wordpress template and impossible to import the demo content for my site.

A 404 error occurs each time, I have installed all the requested plugins, I have already reinstalled the wordpress theme, without success.

I came to your site and I looked for tickets to create on this subject, the whole thing leads to a 404 error page so there is no solution, nor tutorial already available in free access.

My problem is that I can't import the planned demo themes, I can't preview them either. 404 error every time

I'm comfortable with wordpress and I don't usually need support.

However, I have tried everything and nothing to do with a 404 error.

I'm in a hurry to finalize this site, that's why I bought your themes.

I had not seen that it was not updated for 3 years.
Could you either reimburse me so that I can direct myself to a theme that corresponds to my needs and that works normally.

Or update the theme that you offer for sale so that it is compatible with all wordpress modules.

All pages are blank with error 404.

Thank you for your understanding, I have no additional delays, if I buy a pre-designed theme it is to save time and I lose a lot of it.
