Search result will search by product name. If you type 'capu' on search form and enter, search result will show 'No exact results found for: 'capu' ' because no product has name 'capu'. You need select search terms to search by brand
Hi Hyun, when I type "bur" in search, instead of showing products under the brand Burberry it shows other products. If possible could you explain what kind of intelligence the search uses or how it works so that we can see how far we can understand it?
As you can see. Search result will recommend product nearest with keyword. Product in Burberry don't have anything relate to keyword so that it not show
We have also implemented the search on Brand so that's why we experimented searching for the substring "bur" like we tried with "capu" for Capucci, that successfully suggested the brand
Anyway, we don't want to upgrade the theme version at present, so could you please let us know how to implement partial search in this version? We want the search to be able to detect substrings of all the possible results. Please assist.
Did you changed anything in admin config or code? Yesterday we search as you say then it showed product but today we search it show nothing. If yes, please provide us attachment what you change. Thanks
We have purchased version 1 of this theme but partial search is not working.
