We are struggling to get our logo image for transactional emails to display when Magento sends a transactional email. Could you please assist in having a look as to why it is not displaying? We have tried loading different types of files as well as loading in the image library first and then selecting, but none of these options has worked.

Our theme doesn't change transactional emails. All email is default magento. We will not support your issue but you can refer to the link below:
