We have installed/ Upgraded MGS theme in Magento 2.4.4 . During the setup upgrade getting the below error (attached screenshot & added error link).

Yes, We used the same old(live) database, as we need all the existing data in the database. 

For upgrading theme -  After upgrading into Magento2.4.4 we are getting a deprecated issue in the 'calue version 1'  theme as we followed your document.

If we don't use calue version2 then any updated version with calue1 with Magento 2.4.4 compatibility? 

Is this your theme compatibility with Magento 2.4.4? Please let us know. So that we can take action based on this. For this theme issue, we are waiting from Jul27.  I hope you can understand.
