I found the problem. You upload the wrong platform.
Our theme is Lusion Shopify, not Lusion Woocommerce.
I want to let you know that we couldn't replace items from Shopify to WordPress version for you. If you bought Lusion Shopify by mistake, please buy Lusion Woocommerce and provide us the Lusion Woocommerce purchase code then we will refund you the Lusion Shopify item.
When I tried to install this theme on my site, I have a problem. Please see picture below.

I think you should unzip the package and upload the source inside.
About the refund, you can create a refund request on Themeforest and send it to us.
We'll approve it when you send us the request.
And the next time, you can create a ticket on Lusion WordPress theme.
