Unfortunately your Supro theme is not compatible with Magento 2.4.4, but you still advertise on the product page that it is compatible (2.4.x).
I already opened a ticket for this a few months ago. There you wrote that you will clarify the problem with your team. Unfortunately nothing happened until today and the day of end of support for php7 and old Magento versions is getting closer.
You advertise Magento 2.4.X compatibility on the product page. This is not as you write 2.4.3. This includes all 2.4.X versions. I think that is misleading and you should have clearly mentioned that it is limited to 2.4.3. You still advertise 2.4.x compatibility today! We bought this theme back then only because of the certainty that it will be compatible for upcoming versions. Now we have spent a lot of money for the subsequent support, customization and installation and read from you that it is not compatible with higher versions? You can't be serious!
This is very annoying and unacceptable and I believe that I am the only one here with this problem. How do you consider acting here?
Sorry, I have no understanding for this. You advertise this Theme for all Magento 2.4.X and should keep your word. Anything else is SCAM in my opinion.

Currently, we don't plan to update Supro theme. Supro theme is compatible with Magento version 2.4.3.
