Please install V1 theme in your system with latest Magento version with php8.1
Then run command setup:upgrade and compile. You also get the same error.

In this function as per latest PHP standard it's not supported because null argument pass always last parameter.

When you provide update for 2.4.5 when Magento release 2.4.6 at March 14, 2023.then it's my waste of money.
