After installing our theme, to import demo you need to import base content first then you can import demo you want. Because you didn't import base content so it will no show correct.
i did that process as it was explained in the help files, but there are some things that differ from the instructions to the actual or current process, is that the only process you did???

I can confirm that the demo and the template i downloaded from ThemeForrest is not the same, the options are different and appear not up to date, can you check this please and provide the complete and up to date template to download.

We just pushed a new theme update, this is a big one. You need to install the plugin "Envato Market" to update the theme. Please update the theme and check again
In the Plugins step in the new getting started, when I try to install and activate the required plugins, It's forcing to login to envato and once again, it redirects to the same specific domain login, i don't recognize that domain!
You can check the process that is stuck in the same domain, I deleted everything and installed a fresh copy of Wordpress, I added the same user for your team, but please, don't delete or change my user lrcm. I installed the theme only and got stock!

Sorry, I didn't give you thorough instructions earlier. To turn off the sale popup, in addition to turning it off in the customizer, you need to turn it off right at the edit page section. Yes, we use only a process. Import base content -> import demo and finish.
i'll repeat this process again in another server and will keep this thread open in case something happens
