I am subscribed to Envato Element and I have encountered an issue with the Barber WordPress theme from ArrowHiTech. When I try to install the plugins or demo, I am asked to log in to Themeforest to prove that I have purchased the theme.
I am surprised by this request because I subscribed to Envato Element precisely to have unlimited access to all the themes and plugins available on the platform.
Can you help me find a solution so that I can install the Barber theme optimally and have access to all its features?
It is possible that the account you are logging into is not the account you used to purchase the theme. Please try on another browser (or incognito browser), first, you need to login to Themeforest.net with the account you used to purchase the theme, then visits your website and try clicking "Login Envato" again.
