I already checked your site, I activated the default WordPress theme but the problem still occurs, so the cause is not with our theme.
Please contact the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin vendor for the most accurate support.

could a plugin be the cause? One that uses the Lusion theme?
You can manually deactivate each plugin to test it out. We only support issues related to our theme bugs.
I tried desactivating them one by one and the issue still is present everytime.
