Hi, I faced two major issues while creating a maltilingual site.
The first issues is following:
We open the site, and Russian version of the site opens up.
- When you press "магазин" the store page opens up---- then you press on any item----inside the item I want my customer to switch language and press the UK flag, but the characteristics, discription, cart and checkout pages are not translated (screenshot 1 and 2 ). Is it possible to fix that somehow ?
The second issues is following:
- When opening the main page witch by defolt is in russian and we click the UK flag, the entire store is translated into English. But when we click the "store" in the main menu, the empty page opens up, where no products are places (screenshot 3 and 4). All products are translated into two languages with the categories and attributes, however nothing is working properly. The filters are not working for English version as well^(
Are their ways to synchronise the translation at any given period, so the customers can freely change language, and the entire site gets adjusted ?
I just visited your website to check but I noticed that your homepage is showing a blank page now https://prnt.sc/LuKMPlwQ1AQa, do you have any impact? Do we need to fix it?
for some reason its gone on the PC, but works on the mibile. If you have ab idea abd can quickly fix it -perfect. If not, I can do a backup from the server
Currently, we are not compatible with Polylang, in the near future, we will add more updates for it. As for WPML, we are already compatible, if it still fails, we will fix it for you.
Generally, with polylang i was able to translate every part of the web-site including the store. I created duplicates for each page, product, blog post etc. and everhing works fine EXEPT:
1. The store in English is now showing, so maybe you are able to fix that issue without havinng full compatibility with Polylang?

1. When we are on the ENG version and we add product to the cart- there we have two paths. First- view basket, second-add to cart. When we open either option, those pages open up in russian by default. To change the translation, we need to click on the language switcher to translate those two pages. Its very unconvinient for cliets, specially on the mobile version. It is possible to make that translation automatic, without visitor involvment.
2. Another things is- the default language. It used to be Russian, but with changes made its English. If i manually change it, the entire translation that you guys have made will break?
3. ENG version of store is not translated into english, it opens up either in Russian, or as a black page when we use the dupplicate page of the store.
4. The filters headings inside the store in ENG version are in Russia. Possible to make them in Enlish?
ENG version wishlist also opens in Russian first, and only after additional click to language switcher it translates into english. Is it possible to have automatic translation for that as well?
Good afternoon! We had to backup the old version due to the reddirect to ru/ru that you guys have made. Is it possible o make translation without it, cause we also invest a lot of resources into SEO, witch was almost broken due to the redirect changes.
The issues are the same, exept we solved issue with pproduct filters. The cart and checkout page are not automaticly translating, we have to make additional flag press to see the english translation + the checkout page has the same issues

In the video i showed problems with translation. Even that we choose the english version from the very beginning, you willl see when russian translation opens and that what we want to fix

I see some changes have been made, but not everything. However the reddirect is now there again. It should not be like that. The domain.net is our RU version, why we have prefix RU next to it right now? Why the english version opens by defolt now? IT should be RU version
As I mentioned oon Monday- that changes to the websiite translaslation must be done without changing the urls. We are in the top 3 organic search, and because your team does some weird changes, the tittle of the page are in english, the discriptions are in Russian. It should not be like that.
Please, let us know how the cart cant be translated with LLusion theme, and we will make it ourself, otherwise, the changes that your teams makes harms everything else for the second time.
Sincerely sorry, I informed the developer but he said that without changing the URL settings, the translation error cannot be fixed because our theme is not fully compatible with Polylang yet, like I told you earlier

the back up is done, you can take a look on the issue with translations
The issue with translation remains open, would you ba able tto give any comment on that ?
Currently, Polylang is not compatible with our theme, you can use the WPML plugin to create a multilingual website.
If WPML doest fit the needs of the project, how polylang can be integrated into the theme?
