1.- When we want to edit the appearance of the Widgets We see a list of errors in red (attached PNG file):
The "nav_menu" block has been affected by bugs and may not work correctly. Neither do the following blocks: «recent-posts», «text», «riven_product_widget», «woocommerce_products», «woocommerce_price_filter», «woocommerce_product_categories», «tag_cloud», ... and the Widgets stay blocked as if trying to load information.
How can we fix these errors?
2.- We cannot update these 3 modules either (attached PNG file):
· WPBakery Visual Composer · Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer · One Page Navigator for Visual Composer
When you click on update it seems to update, but It does not do so and remains in the current versions.
3.- In which PHP or CSS file can you change the logo that appears in the mobile version? Currently the main logo appears but deformed in their original proportions. (attached PNG file)
I would appreciate it if you would send me the example files "functions.php" and "style.css" by e-mail to: [email protected] so I can upload them to the /riven-child/ directory of my Web Site.
We haven't checked your website yet so we can't know specifically which file the problem is in, we can only guess it's in the child theme. Can you provide the admin account for us to check?
Well, we sent the code for the two child-them files on October 18. Can you investigate if it is correct with the code that we pasted on the Ticket? Unfortunately the first time we sent our administrator account our website was hacked :(
It's been more than three weeks since we requested your help and we still don't have a real solution to our problem. What is the reason for this huge delay? This issue makes us reconsider changing Themes provider :(
We still have not resolved why the following modules cannot be updated having purchased the corresponding one-year license.
1.- We cannot update these 3 modules either:
WPBakery Visual Composer (we have updated it manually)
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer
One Page Navigator for Visual Composer

2.- How can we modify the CSS to eliminate the underlining that appears in the price of discounted products? We have tried it with the following CSS without success (We have attached an image capture):

I do not know what the reason for the lack of response to our technical consultation tickets will be. I don't know if all the developers are on holidays, but after almost a month without a response I think you should consider giving us solutions to the technical issues we raise, because the level of technical support is becoming very low. :(

1. The One Page Navigator for Visual Composer plugin has been removed, we don't use it anymore, so you can't update to the new version, as for the other plugins I have already updated them.
2. I've deleted the line below the price. Please check again.

plugin to the latest version 7.2. (capture attached)
And in point 2 the underlined style of the price still appears on the pages:
