THanks for your feedback, I think that you forgot to upload pub/ folder to magento root on your server, so the header and footer images is missing, please check our theme package. If you already uploaded but this problem stil exist, please provide your site info ( site url, admin account and ssh account ) I will check for you
I had a similar issue which was caused because I was working on a child theme. The documentation didn't describe that it was needed to copy specific files from the pub-folder but the header- and footer-selection broke without these files.
You should check that you have the folder and if you also are working with a child theme copying "pub\media\mgs\claue\*.*" to "pub\media\mgs\(chiltheme_name)\" is required.
Uploading the pub folder fixed the problem! Thank you MGS and khansen for the information, it was extremely helpful and things seem to work as intended now :)

I had sent an email previously, however I have not received a reply.
I recently purchased your Claue Magento 2 theme.
I have a question regarding the MGS builder. I am trying to select a header, however the header box is empty. There are no options to select a header.
Alsp, within theme settings, the header and footer selections are empty as well.
When I click the dropdown, nothing pops up and it remains empty. I have attached screenshots to show this.
If you could point me in the right direction of what went wrong I would kindly appreciate that.
